Booking Your Appointment
Some services require additional preparation and longer appointment times.
For this reason, we may ask for a deposit to secure bookings for:

Patch Testing
Your safety is always our priority.
If you're booking a hair colour service as a new client, you'll need a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows us to safely check for any potential allergic reactions before your colour service.
You'll also need a new patch test if:
You've used a box dye or coloured your hair at home since your last salon visit.
You haven't visited Hair Transform Liverpool for six months or longer.
You've recently had a tattoo or permanent makeup procedure.
Without a valid patch test in these circumstances, we may be unable to carry out your colour appointment.
Running Late?
We understand that delays sometimes happen.
If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or rearrange your appointment to avoid delaying other clients.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
Providing enough notice allows us to offer the appointment to another client and helps us keep the salon running smoothly.
Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments
If you fail to attend your appointment without letting us know, we may charge the full cost of the booked service.
Future appointments may also require full or partial payment in advance.
