Appointments & Consultations

Consultations

We offer private, in-depth consultations for hair extensions and hair loss services. Consultations are free of charge.

Booking an Appointment

A deposit may be required to secure your booking for higher priced colour appointments or hair systems. 

Running Late

If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adapt your service to fit the remaining time.

Patch Testing Policy

Your safety is our priority. A patch test is required 48 hours before any colour appointment for new clients. This helps us prevent allergic reactions and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.

You will also need a new patch test if any of the following apply:

A) You have used a box dye or at-home colour since your last salon visit

B) You have not visited the salon in six months or more

C) You have had a new tattoo or permanent makeup procedure

Failure to have a patch test in these circumstances may result in us being unable to carry out your service.

Cancellations & Deposits

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, the full service cost may be charged, and future bookings may require prepayment.

Deposits

We require a deposit to secure certain appointments, especially for hair systems, hair extensions, and first-time colour clients. Deposits are redeemable against your service.
